Returns & Refund Policy

We take pride in offering the finest quality sambrani products. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed sambrani products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us via email/WhatsApp with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.

  • Once approved, the customer must ship the product back to our warehouse at their own cost.

  • On receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm acceptance or rejection of the return.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
