  • Express Delivery: Available in select cities (2–4 business days).

  • Shipping delays due to courier partners, festivals, strikes, or natural causes are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping fee of ₹49 for orders below ₹699.

  • Free Shipping for orders above ₹699 (within India).

  • Express delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only.

  • Some remote locations may have extended delivery timelines.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • All sambrani products are carefully packed in sealed pouches/boxes to preserve freshness and aroma.

  • Fragile items like brass stands in kits are bubble-wrapped for safe delivery.
